About the Job

Induction

Prior to commencing shift-work, all Aequalis support workers will have access to an intimate half-day induction which provides a thorough insight into the company, services, your team, and the industry.

Relationships

Aequalis prides itself on putting a focus on relationships. When workers come on board, we want to get to know your interests and skills so that we can match up your personality with appropriate participants that you will enjoy supporting.

The Team

Aequalis support workers have access to a dynamic team environment which includes shadow shifts and mentoring for new workers, as well as co-ordinators who are on call all day to answer questions during shifts.

Experience

Working with Aequalis will allow you to help participants of the NDIS reach goals and engage pro-socially within their community.

What You Need

Working with

Children Check

A current WWCC that is valid for paid employment.

Access to a Vechicle

Must have access to a safe, working, and clean vehicle that is comprehensively insured.

National Police Check

A recent NPC that is no older than 2 years old.

Relevant Industry Qualification

A completed relevant industry qualification (Cert. IV minimum) OR proof of enrolment in qualification.

Current NSW

Driver's Licence

P1 and P2 licences are accepted.

Current NDIS

Worker's Check

A current NDIS Worker's Check OR willingness to obtain one as soon as possible.
