Aequalis ensures the same team of workers maintain support throughout the duration of services, helping you to build a relationship with your workers and achieve your goals. We want to ensure you and your family/carers are comfortable and familiar with your Aequalis support workers.
Review Assistance
Aequalis wants to make your annual NDIS Plan Review an easier process. Aequalis tracks the goals you have achieved and the goals you are working towards. One month out from your Plan Review, your coordinator will write a Review letter with a summary of your progress & support received.
